1. Assumption of Risk

I understand and accept that the use of Scrubbin' Pup LLC Dog Wash (the “Dog Wash”) facilities may involve risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries to myself or my pet(s), and exposure to other animals. By using these facilities, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold the Dog Wash harmless from any claims resulting from these risks.

2. Responsibility for Pet Behavior

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the behavior and actions of my pet(s) while on the premises of the Dog Wash. I agree to monitor and control my pet(s) at all times. I understand that any damage to property or harm caused to others, including bites, attacks, or other damage from my pet(s), is my sole responsibility. I further agree to indemnify and hold Dog Wash harmless from any claims arising from my pet’s behavior.

3. Pet Registration and Additional Fees

I agree to use Dog Wash facilities only for the pet(s) registered during the signup process. If I bring unregistered pets, I understand I will be charged an additional fee of $50 per pet and I may lose access to the facility.

4. Access and Security

I agree not to allow individuals other than those listed in my agreement access to Dog Wash facilities. If I allow unauthorized individuals access, I understand I will be charged a flat fee of $50 per unauthorized individual and may lose my access privileges to the facility.

I agree to ensure the facility door is securely closed and locked after my use. I will not allow anyone to enter the facility with my access, whether that is through my access or allowing others into the facility in any other manner. If I fail to comply, I understand I may be held liable for any damage or incidents caused and will incur a minimum fee of $50.

5. Facility Cleanliness

I understand and agree that I am responsible for cleaning up all messes created during my use of the facility. This includes, but is not limited to: water spills, pet hair, feces, urine, vomit, used towels, and tools. I also agree to properly dispose of all waste, including taking my pet's feces with me when I leave the facility.

I understand that maintaining a quiet environment is required and agree to prevent my pet(s) from barking excessively while on the premises. If I fail to control my pet(s), I may be asked to leave.

6. Equipment Use and Safety

I agree to follow all safety instructions and properly use the equipment provided by Dog Wash. I understand that misuse of the equipment may result in injury or damage for which I will be held accountable.

7. Time Limits

I understand that use of the facility is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per visit per pet, and that wash machines may only be used for up to 15 minutes per pet per visit. I agree to adhere to these time limits to ensure fairness and accessibility for all patrons.

8. Security Cameras and Recording

I understand and agree that Dog Wash uses security cameras for the safety and security of its patrons and property. I consent to being recorded while on the premises and acknowledge that these recordings may be used for security purposes.

9. Use of Sonos Sound System

I understand that if Dog Wash provides a Sonos sound system for patrons to play music during their visit. I agree to the following terms:

• I will not play music with explicit or offensive content.
• I will keep the music volume at a reasonable level, defined as no louder than 70 decibels (approximately the volume of a household vacuum cleaner). Excessive volume that disturbs others or the surrounding community may result in my being asked to leave.
• I will respect the shared nature of this resource and ensure my music is appropriate for all patrons.

10. Release of Liability

I hereby release Dog Wash, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained by myself, my pet(s), or my property while using the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Dog Wash.

11. Health and Vaccination of Pets

I certify that my pet(s) are in good health and up to date on all vaccinations required by local regulations. I agree not to bring sick or aggressive animals into the facility and understand that doing so may result in being asked to leave without a refund. Any damage or issues created by such sick or aggressive animals I bring into the facility will be my sole responsibility and I will be held liable for such damage or issues.

12. Payment and Refund Policy

I understand and agree to Dog Wash’s payment terms. All sales, including one-time washes and subscription fees, are final and non-refundable.

13. Photo and Video Release

I grant permission for Dog Wash to use photos or videos of my pet(s) taken on the premises for marketing and promotional purposes. I understand that I may opt out by notifying Dog Wash in writing.

14. Acceptance of Terms

I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this waiver. By checking the box below, I acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
