Welcome to Scrubbin’ Pup! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, facilities, and any associated memberships or purchases.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Services

Scrubbin’ Pup LLC provides self-service dog wash facilities, memberships, and related services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Facility Access & Memberships

Access to the facility is granted via digital PIN or mobile app (powered by PDK). Only registered members and authorized individuals may enter the facility. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We offer one-time wash purchases, monthly memberships, and annual subscriptions. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through your online account or by contacting us. Access will continue through the end of your billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

5. Waiver & Release of Liability

All customers must complete and agree to our Waiver and Release of Liability prior to using the facility. This waiver outlines the assumption of risk, customer responsibilities, and liability disclaimers. You may view the full waiver [link or reference here].

6. Conduct and Usage

By using our facility, you agree to:

  • Clean up after your pet (including water, hair, feces, etc.)
  • Not bring aggressive or sick pets
  • Respect facility rules, including volume levels and time limits
  • Not share your access credentials or allow others to “piggyback” into the facility

We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Scrubbin’ Pup LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with services such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, and PDK. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

Our facility is used at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. We are not responsible for personal property left in the facility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrubbin’ Pup LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Utah County, UT.
